We are pleased to announce that the negotiations between Nowea Energy Inc. and Mystic Energy Services LLC have been successfully concluded and that all so-called "Operation Services", i.e. the overall management and development of our oil wells in Kentucky, will be taken over by Mystic Energy Services LLC. Mystic EnergyServices LLC will work closely with our "Wellhead Pumper". The cooperation with Mystic Energy Services LLC will also give us access to further interesting oil projects in the USA.
In addition, an agreement has been reached with the Sunoco oil refinery to purchase around 100 barrels of WTI crude oil from one of our oil tanks, which should be received around mid-October. We expect to receive cheques around one month later.
The next winter is definitely coming - therefore the annual maintenance work on our oil wells in Kentucky has already started and we have started to prepare the properties for the frost periods and make them "winterproof".
